“Stress? No thanks” – the methodology is to focus on the Problem stress might create and the importance to know exercises to relief it. At the end each student express their preferences of technique.

    Focus: increase self-esteem, enhance the senses, happiness, tackle stress (possibility of video and pictures for the final out-comes)
